Bohdi began in an old brick shed a block from the ocean. With a camp stove, some questionable DIY craftsmanship, and a cold plunge made from an old chest freezer, we built our first 'ghetto' spa simply because we loved the lifestyle. Between ocean swims, training sessions, and weekends with friends, it quickly became a place to gather, recover, and hangout. What started as a bit of fun taught us something important: the sauna was only part of the experience. The real magic was in the conversations, the giggles, and the feeling of slowing down together. Bohdi was created to share that feeling bringing the ritual of hot wood, cold water, and connection to the places people gather.
