Building Bohdi

Every great experience starts with an idea. For us, that idea was simple: create a mobile sauna that could bring a good time through hot wood and cold water to the places people love to gather. What began as a car trailer quickly became a passion project designed, built, and refined by hand with equal parts craftsmanship, curiosity, and determination.

Over months of planning and construction, every decision was made with purpose. From the layout and materials to the heating system and custom finishes. Bohdi was built to deliver an authentic sauna experience while remaining completely mobile. The result is a space that feels just as at home on the coast as it does at a retreat, festival, or private event.

We've documented every stage of the journey from the first sketches on pub napkins to the first fire and steam. Along the way, there were challenges to overcome, lessons to learn, and hundreds of hours of hands-on work, but each step brought us closer to creating something we're proud to share.
